Marv Labs is giving every technician in the US an AI co-pilot: a smart camera headset that saves them time, lifts service revenue and productivity, and next guides repairs and diagnoses problems. Every job captures structured repair data, the automotive-specific layer on top of increasingly capable general robotics models, paving the way to fully automated vehicle maintenance.
Every role is full-time and onsite in San Francisco.
You will build a product that dealerships have signed for and are deploying in their service departments, and you will work directly with the technicians, advisors and managers who use it. Each person owns complete systems, and their decisions reach customers quickly. The repair data we collect is the basis of our robotics work, so you can contribute to both the current product and the path to automated maintenance. Each role lists its salary range and includes stock options.
